Frequently asked questions on PX-FW2
For other questions, refer to Frequently Asked Question (FAQ).
Q: Can I use the connector for both PX-FW2 and the onboard debugger (PanaX NEO)?
A: Yes you can. But you need to purchase a target connection cable "PX-CBLD10" for the onboard debugger.
In this case, make sure to design the target board according to the Target Board Design Guide.
Q: How can I confirm Algorithm ID?
A: From the control menu of FlashCommander, select [Programmer Control]-[Select Microcomputer...] to display the microcomputer selection screen.
Click [Information] to confirm Algorithm ID in the detail dialog.
Q: How can I upgrade programming algorithm?
A: Download the Additional Product Information Pack, and execute it to upgrade programming algorithm.
User registration is required to download the file.
The Additional Product Information Pack is self-extracting. Execute the program to extract files in a folder (by default, C:\Program Files\Panasonic\FlashCommander\PKG\product name). Then the setup program "product name.exe" is automatically executed.
